Mother Nature closed the schools on Wednesday and did not cooperate with the plans to have a ceremony on National Signing Day, but two Raider Senior football players are now both official as they have sent in their Letters of Intent to play D1 college football in the MAC.
Joe Boggs (pictured left) and Elijah Ratliff (right) have grown up together playing football in Reynoldsburg since their youth and ultimately pushed each other to both become standout linemen for the Raider varsity team.
The team captains led the Raiders to a very solid 7-3 season in 2017 and were exemplary leaders along the way. Both were offered and verbally accepted Division 1 football scholarships and have now signed – Boggs to Ball State as an Offensive Tackle and Ratliff to Kent State as a Defensive Lineman.
Congratulations to both Joe and Elijah on reaping the benefits of their hard work and dedication – Good luck at the next level!
