OHSAA Parent/Player Meeting – Wednesday, November 14th at Summit HS PAC (Auditorium)

Informational meeting for Winter sports parents of students grades 7-12.  All are encouraged to attend and attendance is required for parents of all first year student-athletes who have not participated in a RHS or RJHS school sport in grades 7-12 before (attendance will be taken for the parents those first year student-athletes). Students themselves are also encouraged to attend if possible and practice schedules permit.

Doors open at 6:00 pm for fee collection* ; The brief informational meeting will be held from 6:30-7:00

*The Meeting is an excellent time to pay fees for those parents who prefer to pay in person rather than through Final Forms and who cannot make it into the athletic office during weekday work hours. 


Winter Sports Fees are requested to be paid by Noon on Tuesday, November 20th (before Thanksgiving break). Payments will be accepted after that, but student-athletes will not be able to participate in any actual game/contest until their fees are paid.

HS fees are $175 and JH fees this year have been reduced to $125.  Fees can be paid: Online through Final Forms {preferred and most convenient, but there is a 4% ($7) credit card up-charge} OR in person by check, money order, cash (exact change please) in the Athletic Office – Livingston Campus*

*Fees can be paid in person at the RHS Athletic Office (Livingston Campus – 614.501.4020) weekdays (9:00am-3:00pm)

Additional evening fee collection hours at the OHSAA Pre-Season Mtg (as outlined above): Wednesday, November 14th from 6:00pm-7:00pm at the Summit HS PAC (Auditorium)
