The Raider Swim team has qualified five swimmers for this Friday’s District Meet to be held at The Ohio State University and broke a pair of school records  in the process at Sectionals.

Senior and West Virginia U. signee Harvey Culbert was Sectional champ in the 200 IM. He is 3rd in the District in both that event and the 100m Breaststroke and will compete in both individual events Friday at OSU as he looks to return to the State Meet yet again as a Senior.

Sophomore Kasey Lichtner qualified and will compete in both the 50m Freestyle and  the 100m Breast.  At Sectionals, she lowered her own school record in the 50 Free from 25.69 to 25.27!

Sophomore Natanas Gaver qualified in both the 50 and 100 Free, while Freshman Max Hutson-Comeaux did so in the 500 Free.

The Boys’ 200 Medley Relay and 400 Freestyle Relay both also qualified.  The 400 Free Relay did so while lowering their own school record  record to to 3:22.08!   The four members of both Boys relay teams are:  Culbert, Gaver, Hustson-Comeaux, and Senior Justin Barnhart.
