Pair of Bowlers Qualify for District Tournament

Raiders Michael Mossbarger and Paige Gapen performed well enough at Sectionals to qualify for the District Tournament this weekend. Mossbarger rolled a 594 series and advanced to the District boys tournament, while Gapen posted 503 to make it to the District girls tournament. The District Tournament will be held this Saturday, February 27th at the Columbus Square

High School Bowling Team starts practicing

There is still time to join Reynoldsburg High School bowling team.  Practices will be taking place every Monday and Friday from 3:30 to 5:30 PM at Holiday lanes during the month of November.  If transportation is an issue, please contact Coach Joe at jszczepanski@villadevelopment.com.  Team’s first match will be December 4 against Groveport.

RHS Bowling Team is moving on to State

Congratulations to the Raider Boys Bowling team for placing 4th at the District tournament on Wednesday and qualifying for the State Tournament on March 14! Senior Chad Szczepanski lead the way for the Raiders, finishing 3rd overall as an individual at the District Tournament, after finishing second overall at Sectionals. Go Raiders!!!

The RHS boys bowlers advanced to the district tournament as a team this past Saturday at sectionals and will bowl again Wednesday March 4th at the Palace in District competition. At Eastland Lanes, Reynoldsburg’s Varsity had their second victory of the season.   Raider total pin count was 2061 and Independence High School had 1728 pins.  Chad Szczepanski had high game of 225 and high series of 448 for the team.
